Following their FA Cup exit, Liverpool are now turning their attention to the Merseyside derby on Wednesday evening.
The Reds are currently six points ahead of Arsenal in the title race but have the chance to extend that lead against arch-rivals Everton.

The Toffees have enjoyed an upturn in form under David Moyes and will present Liverpool with a tough task.
John Aldridge claims Arne Slot made a ‘mistake’ playing a rotated side against Plymouth, suggesting that has heaped the pressure on the Reds heading into the derby,
Slot then, will be keen to not make the same selection mistake this time around and would be wise to start one Liverpool star in particular vs Everton.

Arne Slot must start Conor Bradley vs Everton
Slot started James McConnell at right-back against Plymouth, and the Liverpool boss will once again have to decide who will be playing full-back on Wednesday evening.
Trent-Alexander Arnold missed the Tottenham clash with injury and was also not included in the matchday squad to face Plymouth – leaving many to wonder whether he will be fit for the Merseyside derby.
If there is any hint of an Alexander-Arnold injury, Slot simply must start Conor Bradley in his place.
The Northern Irishman has stepped up to the plate with some huge performances so far this season, most recently against Spurs – with Ally McCoist labelling Bradley as ‘magnificent’.
The 21-year-old has shone in limited minutes this campaign, showing he can rise to the occasion whenever called upon.
Bradley thrived against Kylian Mbappe in the Champions League and the young defender will have to keep another talented winger quiet in the Merseyside derby.
Liverpool must deal with Iliman Ndiaye danger
One Everton player in particular who could present Arne Slot’s side with problems is attacker Iliman Ndiaye.
The Senegalese star has shone since the return of Moyes, scoring in his last three Premier League appearances.
Tricky, quick and clever on the ball, Alexander-Arnold’s defensive issues may be exposed by the Everton man – suggesting Bradley may be better suited to deal with Ndiaye’s threat.
Whoever starts at right-back, whether it be Bradley or Alexander-Arnold, they will have to be on their A-game at Goodison Park.
