James Brooke is the current managing editor of Rousing The Kop having initially joined GRV Media as a journalist in 2021. An avid Liverpool supporter since the late 1990s, James holds a degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Leeds and has previously seen football writing published in outlets such as The Guardian. Never one to shy away from a strong opinion, James is intent on delivering top quality reporting, analysis and insight befitting of the best club in the country.

Adam Williams
Adam Williams is the Head of Football Finance and Governance Content at GRV Media, specializing in the sport’s complex economic and regulatory landscape. His interest in the field was sparked by the financial challenges faced by his boyhood club, Blackburn Rovers, following their 2010 takeover—a perspective that now drives his demystification of football’s "behind-the-scenes" dimensions. A Newcastle University graduate, Adam has over five years of experience covering Premier League and EFL governance, PSR, and UEFA’s Financial Fair Play. His technical analysis has been cited by Bloomberg, The Athletic, and BBC Sport, and has informed PhD research and private equity materials for multi-billion-pound deals. A definitive voice in the industry, Adam represents GRV Media at the Financial Times Business of Football Summit, the World Football Summit, and Westminster Media Forums. He previously served as a lead correspondent for Breaking Media, cementing his reputation as a premier football finance authority.
Eoin Morris
Eoin Morris is a football journalist at GRV Media, covering the Premier League. He is an International Business graduate who turned to sports journalism in 2024. Eoin has written previously for HITC and GiveMeSport, covering football, basketball, F1, Golf and more. As well as following the Premier League, he takes a keen interest in the business of sport.
Josh Barker
Josh Barker is a sports journalist for Rousing The Kop at GRV Media, where he delivers in-depth analysis of Liverpool Football Club. Josh has been passionate about football from a young age, and quickly decided he wanted to build a career in sports journalism after watching Liverpool's historic 2005 UEFA Champions League final comeback against AC Milan. After attending Teesside University, he has garnered eight years of experience in the industry, including contributing to outlets such as FootballFanCast, 101GreatGoals.
