Liverpool now reportedly face more competition for the signing of Evan Ferguson, with Arsenal and Chelsea now interested in the Brighton & Hove Albion striker.
The 19-year-old attacker has been in impressive form for the Seagulls this season with five goals already in the Premier League, attracting interest from Liverpool.
And now, according to TeamTalk, Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal and Chelsea are both in the race for the Republic of Ireland international, with Tottenham and Manchester United also keen on Ferguson.

Valued at £100m, the teenage forward is easily one of the most in-demand players in the Premier League heading into 2024, with many top sides now keen on signing Ferguson.
And for Liverpool, interest from Arsenal and Chelsea could cause some major problems, with both clubs keen to sign a long-term striker next summer heading into the 2024/25 season.
Indeed, Ferguson’s physicality and finishing ability coupled with his age has got virtually of the Premier League big-six chasing the striker’s signature, much to Liverpool’s dismay.
Liverpool could miss out on Evan Ferguson race to Arsenal or Chelsea

With Darwin Nunez leading the line superbly for Liverpool, a striker is hardly on Jurgen Klopp’s mind when evaluating their next big attacking signing.
And as a result, Ferguson could now end up at one of Arsenal or Chelsea next year, with both London clubs keen on landing a long-term option to spearhead their respective attacks.
With Brighton also demanding a huge transfer fee for Ferguson, Liverpool could be making a smart play in slowly fading away from the race to sign the Irish wonderkid.
Moreover, with Mohamed Salah expected to leave next year, saving pennies in the transfer kitty for a winger would be a better use of limited finances from Liverpool in the summer market rather than a move for Ferguson.
