Liverpool aren’t just topping the Premier League table so far this season. Jurgen Klopp’s team are also leading the way in terms of different goal-scorers.

After just 12 Premier League games the Reds have 13 different scorers in the competition.

This alternate table proves Liverpool no longer rely on the front three to score all the goals.

When Fabinho lashed home against Manchester City he became the 13th Liverpool player to score in the Premier League this season.

The Reds already have a goal scorer in every position besides goalkeeper during the 2019/20 campaign.

Only Dejan Lovren, Joe Gomez and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain have played in the Premier League and not scored for the club.

Last year’s joint Premier League top scorers Mo Salah and Sadio Mane continue to lead the way with six and seven goals respectively.

However, they can now rely on the entire team to chip in with vital goals in big moments.

Adam Lallana popped up with a massive equaliser against Manchester United to maintain our long unbeaten run.

Just a week later Jordan Henderson did the same against Tottenham Hotspur on route to a massive home win.

It seems to have been an early theme of Liverpool’s start to the campaign without anyone realising.

While everyone has been fixated on our late goals, VAR decisions and scrappy wins the Reds have been quietly adding another sting to their bow.

It is these types of stats that separate potential Premier League title winners from the chasing pack.

The Reds fans can now be confident that anyone in a Liverpool shirt can grab a vital goal.

Liverpool will need that characteristic if we hope to become Premier League champions this season.
