The latest news, rumours, opinions and updates about former Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson from Rousing The Kop. Henderson joined the Reds from Sunderland in June 2011 for £16m. He would succeed Steven Gerrard as the Anfield native’s club captain in July 2015.
Henderson finished his Merseyside adventure in July 2023 to sign for Saudi Arabian side Al-Ettifaq and reunite with Gerrard as their manager. The long-time England international left the Reds after 492 games, yielding 33 goals and 61 assists. He also won the Champions League, the Premier League and the FA Cup with Liverpool. Henderson even won the EFL Cup twice.
