It is difficult to get into the Liverpool side at the moment. With the Reds flying high at the top of the Premier League and each of the first XI looking pretty undroppable thanks to their table topping form, many star players are finding themselves warming the bench. One such eternal substitute is Adam Lallana. According to reports in the Sunday Mirror, Lallana is wanted by PSG.

Liverpool signed Adam Lallana from Southampton in 2015, the Reds paid £25m for the then Saints captain. The England international has enjoyed intermittent success at Anfield but, in recent seasons in particular, his Merseyside career has been hampered by injuries. He has made just one Premier League start this season.
Kopites are fond of the midfielder because of his work rate and determination despite his lack of game time, he rewarded the fans’ adulation with a late equaliser against Manchester United this season.
The Sunday Mirror assert that Lallana is wanted by PSG on a free transfer next summer.

What RTK has to say
This is the last thing we expected to read this morning.
Adam Lallana is an incredibly talented footballer but PSG interest is surprising to say the least given the player’s sketchy injury record.
The chances of the England international staying at Anfield beyond the expiration of his contract at the end of the season are slim to none. Whilst he has given it his all during his time on Merseyside, he is simply too unreliable fitness wise. The accountants will be glad to have him off the wage bill next summer. Where his future lies is anybody’s guess, why not PSG?
