After an emotional goodbye at Anfield, Mohamed Salah must now start looking for his next club.
The Egyptian is not feeling too much urgency, though, having made it clear that he is prepared to take his time before choosing the next step in his career. Salah says he’ll decide his future after the World Cup if the right opportunity does not arrive before then.
There are plenty of options already on the table, including Saudi Arabia, MLS and a possible return to Serie A, where he could end up alongside a teammate also leaving Liverpool this summer.
Who has been the most disappointing Liverpool signing? 😬
Mo Salah and Andy Robertson could reunite at Juventus
Juventus have been linked most strongly with Alisson Becker in recent weeks. He has reportedly been in advanced talks with the Italian giants, although Liverpool want to keep Alisson.
Salah is different. His Liverpool exit has already been decided, and Luciano Spalletti is now looking at a reunion with the forward he previously coached at Roma.
According to La Repubblica, Spalletti is eager to bring Salah to Turin as a marquee addition to his new-look side.
That is not the only Liverpool angle. Juventus are said to have sent an offer to Andy Robertson, who is also leaving Anfield after nine wonderful years at the club.

Tottenham are described as clear favourites for the Scot, so while a Juventus move may be a long shot, it would be a fascinating outcome.
Salah and Robertson were two of the defining players of the Jurgen Klopp era, combining down opposite sides of the pitch for the best Liverpool team in a generation. Seeing them say goodbye stung.
If they ended up sticking together in Turin, it would be a nice way for two Liverpool legends to begin the next chapter.
