Here is all the latest Liverpool transfer news and rumours from the last day.

After losing to Aston Villa on Friday night, the need for summer reinforcements has become even more apparent.

Liverpool still don’t know if they will have Champions League money to spend in the coming year, but regardless, a number of players are being linked with Anfield switches.

You can only pick ONE player for Liverpool to sign this summer, who is it?

Eduardo Camavinga’s transfer plan

Camavinga has been linked with Liverpool for some time now amid the Reds aiming to improve the base of their midfield.

It was thought that his time at Real Madrid may be coming to an end after what has been a mixed season for the Frenchman.

However, Fabrizio Romano has reported that Camavinga doesn’t want to leave Real Madrid.

He said: “My understanding remains the same as it was two weeks ago: Eduardo Camavinga doesn’t want to leave Real Madrid.

“He’s not connecting Real Madrid’s problems with his own problems. He believes that it was an unlucky season, but he loves Real Madrid and wants to play for Real Madrid. The intention of the player is to stay.

“If a big proposal comes in the summer we have to see what happens,” he adds. “Real Madrid could be open to discussions, but they are not considering him a player who has to leave the club, out of the project. Not at all.”

Lamine Camara price tag named

While a move for Camavinga may be unlikely, another midfielder is thought to be an option for the Reds.

AS Monaco’s Lamine Camara has caught the Reds’ eye, but Newcastle United are also said to be looking at the player.

It is understood that the Ligue 1 outfit want to earn a fee of €50m for the sale of Camara this summer, which both Liverpool and the Magpies could afford.

Another goalkeeper linked to replace Alisson

With Alisson potentially leaving for Juventus in the next window and Giorgi Mamardashvili coming in for some criticism, it is not surprising the Reds are looking at fresh legs between the sticks this summer.

Three Premier League goalkeepers are on Liverpool’s list to replace the Brazilian if he moves on, including Manchester City’s James Trafford.

Now, there has been a further update this week, mentioning that ‘significant work’ has been done on Brighton goalkeeper Bart Verbruggen.

Liverpool and Arsenal want Bazoumana Toure

Liverpool are in the market for fresh forwards amid Mohamed Salah leaving for free.

Yan Diomande, Bradley Barcola and more have been widely mooted as options to come in for the Egyptian.

Now, it has been said that Liverpool and Arsenal will go head-to-head for Hoffenheim winger Bazoumana Toure.

It is thought that Toure could cost any potential suitor in the region of €50-55m.
