Liverpool will have 19 first-team players representing their respective countries over the international break.
The Reds lead the Premier League heading into the break after Dominik Szoboszlai’s long-range free-kick was the difference in the 1-0 win against Arsenal.
Liverpool supporters can also watch the £125 million man Alexander Isak in action as he represents Sweden in the World Cup qualifiers.
All the usual suspects will leave the AXA Training Centre in the coming days, but there are also a few standout academy prospects who will be playing international football over the next two weeks.
Jayden Danns (England Under-20s)
The Scouser suffered an unfortunate end to his 2024/25 campaign as he was sidelined until the end of the season after completing a loan move to Sunderland.
He would not feature at the Stadium of Light before returning to Anfield, but now he is ready to continue his development in the England youth set-up.
Jayden Danns has been dubbed an “outrageous” talent, and although he has been granted few opportunities since his brace against Southampton in the FA Cup to prove it, he can hit the ground running this season with an impressive display against Italy on Friday.
Armin Pecsi (Hungary Under-21s)
Armin Pecsi arrived at Anfield this summer and will learn from the likes of Alisson and Giorgi Mamardashvili at the AXA Training Centre.
The 2025 Golden Boy nominee will face off against Lithuania Under-21s on Tuesday in the Under-21 European Championships qualifiers.
Pecsi is a part of the growing Hungarian contingent at Anfield and is widely regarded as one of the best young goalkeeping prospects in Europe.
Trent Kone-Doherty (Republic of Ireland Under-21s)
The 19-year-old was promoted to Rob Page’s Under-21s side last season, and outside of Rio Ngumoha is one of the most promising attacking prospects at the academy.
Trent Kone-Doherty will face off against Moldova and Andorra on Thursday and Tuesday as he, like Pecsi, looks to help his nation qualify for the Under-21 Euros.
He was included in the matchday squad to face PSV in the Champions League last season after catching Arne Slot’s eye with 29 goals and six assists in 64 appearances.
Kornel Misciur (Poland Under-19s)
Kornel Misciur is the number two goalkeeper for the Under-21s at Liverpool, and he is the last academy prospect to represent their country over the international break.
Misciur is expected to start between the sticks for Poland’s Under-19s for the friendlies against Slovenia and Azerbaijan.
The 18-year-old will be competing with Pecsi this season for the number one spot at the AXA Training Centre and could send a signal of intent should he catch the eye with the national team.
