The Jurgen Klopp era at Liverpool will forever be remembered.
After years of struggling, the German coach helped take the Reds back to the top of the English and European games, bringing every trophy possible back to Anfield.
The highlights were the Champions League in 2019, which was followed up by winning the Premier League in 2020 after 30 long years.
The legendary coach departed Merseyside at the end of last season and since then, Klopp has taken up a role at Red Bull as their Global Head of Soccer.
His time on the sideline may have come to an end, but the former Liverpool boss still knows how to win titles, and Arne Slot has shared what the German coach has been messaging him after some games.

Jurgen Klopp has been texting Arne Slot after Liverpool matches
Klopp will forever have an affinity with Liverpool and it clear over the last few months since his departure that he regularly watches the Reds.
Mohamed Salah still keeps in touch with Klopp, the Egyptian superstar has revealed, with the duo talking about family, games and the German coach even sent him a congratulatory message after reaching the Carabao Cup final.
It appears that Klopp has also been dropping Slot a message now and then, which the Dutch coach informed the press about on Thursday.
Commenting on whether Klopp has messaged him about managing a title race, Slot said via Lewis Steele: “No, we haven’t spoken about that. He’s only mostly given a lot of compliments after a game. I can talk to Jurgen, I’ve experienced it.
“Only one time when Liverpool won it, it was 25 points, but that’s not normal in a football season, except for France, because in France it’s always like this with Paris Saint-Germain. But in almost every other league, it’s tight until the end.”
Although Klopp won the league comfortably in 2020, the German coach was involved in some very close title races, only losing out due to the brilliance of Pep Guardiola and his Man City team.
Liverpool title races under Jurgen Klopp
Last season’s title race is the most relevant as the current Liverpool squad has not changed much since Klopp departed.
The Reds were in the hunt for the Premier League until April but poor results against Man United, Crystal Palace and Everton within a four-game window ended the Merseyside club’s hopes. Klopp’s team would go on to finish third, nine points behind Man City, but it should be a good experience for this season.
The cruellest came during the 2018/19 campaign as Liverpool would finish second behind City again by a point after racking up an incredible 97 points.
The 2021/22 season also saw the Reds finish a point behind Man City with a draw against Tottenham in May costing them in a title race of extremely high levels. Liverpool chased a quadruple during that campaign, with the sheer amount of games playing a role in falling short.
Klopp knows what is needed to win a Premier League title and if he can help Slot in any way possible, that will be greatly appreciated by Liverpool fans.
