Liverpool have focused heavily on letting players leave this summer as opposed to bringing in new faces.
Giorgi Mamardashvili has signed for Liverpool, in what is Arne Slot’s first new player at Anfield since taking over from Jurgen Klopp.
But the goalkeeper will join Liverpool next summer, meaning no new players are in the door for the current season.
Slot has instead spent a lot of time and effort on outgoings, with plenty of talented youngsters leaving Anfield.
Calvin Ramsay and Luke Chambers have both joined Wigan Athletic on loan, with Lewis Koumas temporarily joining Stoke City.

Bobby Clark and Jay Spearing react to Owen Beck leaving Liverpool
Bobby Clark meanwhile has decided to link up with former Reds assistant Pep Lijnders at Red Bull Salzburg.
His was a permanent move, but Slot has only decided to let fellow youngster Owen Beck leave on loan, with the left-back moving to Blackburn Rovers.

Beck has taken to Instagram to celebrate the move, writing: “Delighted to be here for the season! Can’t wait to get started.”
And among the players commenting on the post are Clark and academy coach and former Reds midfielder Jay Spearing.
The former wrote “Go on the boy,” with the latter commenting: “All the best mate,” with Liverpool ace Tyler Morton sending the same message.

Owen Beck continues Liverpool loan adventure
Slot clearly feels Beck has a future at Liverpool, having decided to only let the 22-year-old leave on a temporary basis.
Liverpool U21s coach Barry Lewtas labelled Beck ‘fantastic’, with the defender clearly highly thought of at Anfield.

He now has the chance to further his career at Blackburn, having already been sent out on several loans during his time at Anfield.
Beck previously lined out for Famalicao, Bolton Wanderers and Dundee, and now has the chance to impress at Ewood Park.
His new club are currently going strong in the Championship, sitting in third place with two wins and a draw from their three matches.
A Liverpool academy graduate, Beck has three senior Reds appearances to his name, featuring under Slot in pre-season earlier this summer.
