This Liverpool side are currently doing the unthinkable: they are beating every team in front of them, having only dropped two points all season. The Reds have developed a telepathic understanding of each other’s game. Trent Alexander-Arnold recently tweeted that he would choose playing with Jordan Henderson over Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo – his tweet typifying why The Reds are so successful at the minute.
The Scouser in our team recently held a Twitter Q&A, inviting questions from his legions of fans.
He told his supporters that Robbo is the funniest member of the squad, that he would rather fight 100 duck sized Virgil van Dijks than one Van Dijk sized duck, and that he grew up idolising Thierry Henry and Zinedine Zidane.
One question that was put to him was ‘would you rather play with Messi or Ronaldo?’ Trent simply replied: ‘Hendo’.

Alexander-Arnold choosing Henderson over two of the greatest players of all time speaks volumes about why this Liverpool side are so successful.
Jürgen Klopp has assembled a team, not a squad of individuals. Each member of the side knows their job and performs it without ego or fuss.
Jordan Henderson is perfect for this Liverpool side and Trent recognises that.
The skipper works his socks off every game, chasing lost causes for his team and hounding the opposition. Why do you need a Messi or a Ronaldo to try and do it all on their own when you can have the perfect teammate that will do everything the coach has asked of him?
Individual greatness isn’t what this side are looking towards, they want to win everything as one of the greatest teams the world has ever seen – they’re well on their way to doing just that.
