Liverpool and PSG are now battling for a second forward after already locking horns over Yan Diomande.
Despite being in the race for the RB Leipzig winger for much longer, the Reds are facing competition for Yan Diomande from the Ligue 1 powerhouse.
Now, after links to Liverpool, it is thought that PSG is the dream destination of Bournemouth attacker Eli Junior Kroupi.

Eli Junior Kroupi dreams of playing for PSG
It was previously reported that Liverpool had joined Chelsea and more in the race for Kroupi.
The teenager only arrived in England from FC Lorient last year, but he has already cemented himself as one of the hottest prospects in the Premier League.
Across 33 league games during the 2025/26 season, he managed to score a very respectable 13 goals as the Cherries clinched Europa League football and finished just one place behind Arne Slot’s Liverpool.
Now, French outlet Foot Mercato have provided an update on the attacker and it sounds like, despite interest from many teams, he would prefer to sign for PSG if and when he leaves Bournemouth.
The South Coast club are thought to have put his asking price at €100m, though you’d imagine that would not be an issue for a team that have now won back-to-back Champions Leagues.
Meanwhile, it is said that ‘Eli Junior Kroupi dreams of playing for PSG. He would therefore be delighted at the prospect of joining the Parisian side’.
That is bad news for Liverpool in their pursuit of Kroupi, and could mean they lose out on two attacking targets to the French side this summer.
However, it is worth noting that Kroupi obviously already has a relationship with incoming Liverpool manager Andoni Iraola after they spent 2025/26 overachieving at Bournemouth.
Whether the Spaniard would be able to convince the 19-year-old to move to Anfield over what is said to be a ‘dream’ club is hard to say, but the Reds surely stand a better chance of getting a deal done now that Arne Slot is gone anyway.
