Liverpool slumped to a 4-1 defeat at the hands of PSV on Wednesday, now conceding 10 goals in their last three matches.
Before this week’s harrowing display, Arne Slot’s future at Anfield had been called into question.
It was stated that despite being beaten at home against Nottingham Forest, the Dutchman’s job wasn’t under threat just yet.
But after Liverpool were abject against PSV, how long can that actually last?
Should Liverpool sack Arne Slot?
Arne Slot not completely at fault for Liverpool results
Well, Henry Winter has now come out after the game to suggest it’s not just Slot who needs to shoulder the blame for such a dire display.
Taking to X/Twitter, he decided to point the finger towards Liverpool players, especially the defenders, who made individual errors.
He wrote: “Slot will get slated for latest embarrassment but individual errors costing Liverpool.
“Especially Konate. Konate switched off and missed ball, Van Dijk and Konate failed to close down Pepi shot, Jones failed to get across, unmarked Driouech scored.
“No concentration.”
Who was Liverpool’s worst player against PSV Eindhoven?
Virgil van Dijk’s handball angered fans, who have now come out to question his leadership.
Konate, meanwhile, was once again poor and was taken off for a forward as Liverpool chased the game.
But no matter who is to blame, it’s clear things cannot continue like this.

Liverpool match unwanted record vs PSV
On the back of the Nottingham Forest game, Liverpool matched an unwanted record for only the second time since 1953/54.
Now, after shipping four on November 26, the Reds have made some unwanted history once more.
Liverpool have conceded three-plus goals in three consecutive games in all competitions for the first time since September 1992.
The Premier League champions must now prepare for a meeting with West Ham on Sunday, aiming to avoid a seventh defeat in eight.
