Liverpool have spent close to £450m this summer but it might just prove worthwhile.
The Reds have had a truly historic transfer window as they look to win back-to-back Premier League titles for the first time in their history.
The pressure on Arne Slot and his side has now certainly ramped up compared to this time last season, but the additions that have been made should help considerably.
Alexander Isak was the last through the Anfield door, with the Swede finally getting his £125m move after a saga that lasted for months on end.
However, despite his quality and the transfer fee he commanded, Michail Antonio does not believe that he is the signing of the summer for the Premier League, and that another Liverpool player takes that title.
Florian Wirtz is the signing of the summer
When debating this topic, it is very hard to look past Liverpool due to the sheer number of players they have brought in, with almost all being of the very highest order.
And, to smash a British record twice in one window is pretty good going, although that does not mean the one with that title now is the better signing.
That is what Antonio believes anyway, with the former West Ham striker picking Florian Wirtz as his signing of the summer across the entire league.

There is no denying Wirtz’s quality, but the German has simply been unable to show his full potential just yet, although that will surely come with time.
His first three games have not been terrible by any stretch of the imagination, the 22-year-old has just not been allowed to dictate the play as easily as he would have been able to in the Bundesliga.
With that said, Isak has not played a full 90 minutes since May, so there is no telling how good, or bad in this case, he might be when he finally gets a full run out in a Liverpool shirt.
Burnley is the game for Florian Wirtz to shine
As many know, things can change very quickly in football and just one game is needed for a player to get his confidence back.
And, without taking any credit away from Burnley, this is a game that Wirtz could thrive in given the way they set up defensively.
By deploying a low block, they will try and frustrate Liverpool by sitting in and being resolute, meaning the Reds need someone who can play passes in between the lines.
As he will likely get a bit more time and space, Wirtz is the player who can do just that, with his creative prowess something that might be relied upon.
His free-kick for Germany should also give him confidence to really kick-start his Liverpool career too, meaning Sunday might be a far bigger game for him than people realise.
