Mohamed Salah already owns a host of records since arriving at Liverpool.

The Egyptian superstar has added to this throughout the 2024/25 campaign as the winger has been on fire for the Reds, with his goal contributions propelling Arne Slot’s men to the Premier League title.

Salah has scored 25 goals and assisted a further 17 across 28 English top-flight contests this season with the Premier League Golden Boot and PFA Player of the Year on the horizon for the 32-year-old.

Records are also within touching distance for the Liverpool attacker with one held by Thierry Henry and Kevin De Bruyne currently in Salah’s sights.

For Premier League attackers, the most goals in a single season is the one they all want. However, Salah has just two more games to break another high up on the list for forwards.

Fulham and Crystal Palace need to be wary of Mohamed Salah

Across the impressive season Salah has already put together, the Egyptian star has scored against 17 teams in the Premier League so far.

That is currently the record with a goal for the 32-year-old against either Fulham or Crystal Palace making the winger the man to score against the most Premier League clubs in a single campaign.

That record is currently held by Salah himself, however, the Liverpool star is tied alongside Robin Van Persie, Alan Shearer and Andy Cole.

The former Gunners star achieved this feat during the 2011/12 season, a campaign in which he scored 30 goals before making the move to Man United that summer.

The 1994/95 season saw Shearer break the record as the Blackburn Rovers striker would net 34 goals to fire Rovers to the Premier League title, however, that came across 42 games rather than the 38 available to the likes of Salah.

As for Andy Cole, the former Man United star would score against 17 clubs during the 1993/94 campaign, alongside netting 34 times in the English top flight that season.

Salah is the most recent player to do this, not only this year, but also when the Egyptian captain arrived on the scene at Liverpool back in 2017.

Mohamed Salah’s incredible 2017/18 campaign at Liverpool

Salah arrived at Liverpool from AS Roma back in 2017 and no Liverpool fan would have expected the seasons that would follow.

The winger has cemented himself as the Reds legend and it all began during his first campaign at Anfield.

The Egyptian star would score against 17 Premier League that season and ended the campaign with 32 goals in 36 appearances.

The 17/18 campaign saw Salah break the record for the most goals scored by a player in a single season, only for Man City’s Erling Haaland to break it again in 2022/23.

The Liverpool winger is currently on course to try and take this back, which is highly impressive given the contract situation of Salah going on in the background.

Many more records are expected to come the 32-year-old’s way throughout the remainder of the campaign should he keep performing at the level he is currently at.
