Liverpool head into the November international break on top of the world after an excellent start to the season under Arne Slot.
The Dutch manager has had a sensational first few months at Anfield with Slot winning 15 of his first 17 games in charge at Liverpool, with the Reds top of the Premier League and the revamped UEFA Champions League.

With Michael Owen a fan of Slot’s style of management at Liverpool, the Merseyside giants are in good hands with the former Feyenoord coach, who in his first season in England could be in for a historic year with the Premier League giants.
And Nigel Reo-Coker has named two Liverpool players who have impressed this season under Slot.

Ryan Gravenberch and Curtis Jones praised after fantastic Liverpool form
Speaking on CBS Sports, the former West Ham star lauded Ryan Gravenberch and Curtis Jones for their impressive form this season with Liverpool, with Slot really getting a tune out of the midfield pairing in recent weeks.
Jones’ form has led to a senior England call-up this international break, whilst Gravenberch looks like a player reborn under Slot having made the no. 6 position his own in the Liverpool midfield alongside Alexis Mac Allister.
And Reo-Coker has been impressed, with the pundit saying: “He deserves more credit as well, he’s gone in there where people have said: ‘You need to make more signings,’ but he’s not worried about signings, he’s gone: ‘I’ve got the players, I’m going to make them better.’
“Gravenberch’s transformation into that midfield role has been absolutely sensational. You look at Curtis Jones as well and how much he’s developed and grown leaps and bounds. There’s no player who’s safe in that team, and he rotates and makes the right decisions, and tactically he’s very smart.”

Slot has shown why Liverpool didn’t need signings this summer
Many Liverpool fans were surprised when the Reds didn’t delve too deep into the summer transfer market, with Federico Chiesa the only player the Anfield side signed for this season.
Yet with Gravenberch and Jones taking their games to new levels under the Liverpool manager, Slot’s decision to not spend big in the summer is proving to be a worthy gamble in the first half of the season.
Indeed, Gravenberch and Jones have developed brilliantly at Liverpool this season, and with the midfield duo as young as they are, the sky is the limit for the pair, who could become even better under Slot in the coming months.
