Liverpool are once again flying high under Arne Slot after the Reds defeated Bournemouth 3-0 in the Premier League.
Anfield played host as Liverpool scored three first-half goals against the Cherries, with Slot making a big decision to start Darwin Nunez.
But it certainly paid off as the Uruguayan netted the third and final goal of the game after a brace from Luis Diaz.
Diaz is set for a new Liverpool contract, with the Colombian enjoying a superb start to life under Slot on Merseyside.
He now has five goals from his five Premier League matches this season, behind only Manchester City striker Erling Haaland.

Danny Murphy praises ‘intelligent’ Liverpool star Alexis Mac Allister
It was, however, another Liverpool player in Alexis Mac Allister who caught the attention of former Reds midfielder Danny Murphy against Bournemouth.
Analysing patient build-up play from the hosts on Match of the Day, Murphy said: “Here, spare man, Bournemouth a little bit off, don’t quite have the numbers in, don’t quite get there in time.
“Look at this little look from Mac Allister, and again. Waits for him to get in there, there he is, brilliant pass, intelligent footballer.”
Murphy added: “The midfield three have got lovely balance at the moment, they all know what each other are doing.”
Alexis Mac Allister continues to shine under Arne Slot
Slot will be delighted with his attackers and indeed his defenders after the win against Bournemouth, with three goals scored and another clean sheet.
But playing key roles in both of those endeavours was the midfield, with Mac Allister, Dominik Szoboszlai and Ryan Gravenberch all impressing.
The trio have formed quite the connection under Slot, which certainly wasn’t the case under former manager Jurgen Klopp.

Slot has seemingly got the best out of all three players, although the Anfield faithful will perhaps be keen to see them get even better with more time.
For now, however, the Liverpool supporters can have very few complaints, with the blip against Nottingham Forest now well in the past after the wins against the Cherries and AC Milan.
