The Premier League season is just four games old, yet it hasn’t taken long for transfer rumours to remerge so soon from the summer window closing.

Liverpool have already been linked with a move for Loic Bade with the Sevilla defender viewed as a potential replacement for Virgil van Dijk, who could leave next summer as a free-agent along with Mohamed Salah and Trent Alexander-Arnold.

With Alexander-Arnold also wanted by Real Madrid, the transfer news cycle could be about to start up earlier than expected heading into the January transfer window, where Liverpool could spend having been reserved this summer.

And Inter Milan seemingly have plans to move for one Liverpool player next summer.

Inter Milan eyeing 2025 swoop for Liverpool defender Jarell Quansah

According to Inter Live, the Nerrazzuri are interested in Liverpool defender Jarell Quansah, who as per the report could be tempted to leave Anfield if he fails to break back into Arne Slot’s plans having played just once all season.

Quansah was brought off at half-time in Liverpool’s opening game of the Premier League season against Ipswich Town, with the defender struggling against the Tractor Boys as Slot made the call to bring the England youth international off.

Hailed by Gary McAllister as ‘outstanding’, Quansah is clearly a promising defender who could have a big future at Liverpool if he can impress Slot with the upcoming opportunities the centre-back is likely to get in the League Cup.

And even with a club as big as Inter now keeping an eye on Quansah, the 21-year-old should be set on fighting for his future at Liverpool, where the youngster could become a key player under Slot in the years to come.

Quansah knows he has a future at Liverpool if he gets stuck in

Quansah suffered quite the embarrassing episode in Liverpool’s first game of the season, yet at 21, the defender knows he has time to get his head back on straight and to show the Reds how good a talent he really is.

This season is going to be a massive one for the youngster having last year broke into Liverpool’s senior squad as well as the England national team, with Quansah clearly highly rated for both club and country.

And the defender will need to get stuck in if he’s to have a future at Liverpool, with Quansah good enough to thrive for the Reds for many years to come under Slot having been given a platform by Jurgen Klopp.
