Liverpool could be set to see some changes in their squad between now and transfer deadline day.
The Reds have so far kept most of the group which ended last season under Jurgen Klopp together.
However, with the new Premier League season now looming, it looks as though Arne Slot is about to put his own stamp on the Liverpool squad.
There could of course be incomings. Liverpool are pushing to sign Martin Zubimendi, while it has been claimed that Slot could look to bring in two new forwards.
In amongst the excitement of new additions, though, there could also be one or two exits from Anfield in the coming weeks.

Aston Villa want Joe Gomez
It seems likely that if there are outgoings at Liverpool, then a fair amount of them will be young players.
Fabio Carvalho is attracting interest from a number of clubs while Liverpool have turned down bids for Sepp van den Berg.
While both talented players, Carvalho and Van den Berg have played just 25 times for the Reds between them. Their sales would perhaps not be greeted with too much emotion from the fanbase.
In the case of Joe Gomez, that would be completely different. It has been revealed that Gomez almost joined Newcastle in June and there remains a sense that the 27-year-old could leave this summer.

After nine years and just about every trophy possible won at Anfield, few at Liverpool would begrudge Gomez an exit if that’s what he wants.
And according to journalist Matt Law, the path could be opening up for Aston Villa to sign the defender.
Taking to X, Law says that Villa are considering Gomez as an option should Diego Carlos complete a transfer to Fulham.
“As well as Lutsharel Geertruida and Joe Gomez, Aston Villa like Trevoh Chalobah as they consider possible replacements for Diego Carlos. Crystal Palace also like Chalobah,” says the reporter.
Will Joe Gomez leave Liverpool?
In some ways, it would feel like the right time for Gomez to take his leave from Liverpool. Klopp’s exit signalled the end of an era for the club.
Having been at Anfield throughout the German’s time with the Reds, Gomez is Liverpool’s longest serving player.
And after a move to Newcastle fell through earlier this summer, Gomez is reportedly frustrated with the current set-up at the club.
If Villa come in strong for the No.2 to replace £26m man Carlos, then it might work for everyone for Gomez to move on.
Other options in Villa’s list look cheaper, mind you, so we wouldn’t say this is anything like a guarantee.
