Jurgen Klopp doesn’t have too much to complain about right now. Even though the situation is not ideal at Liverpool given the amount of injuries to key players, the Reds are in a great position. Klopp’s side keep sailing through every wave.

The latest test was against Fulham last night. Away from home, with a small one goal lead, this was always going to be a tough and cagey affair. Especially with Klopp not having much choice but to play several of his second or even third choice options in some positions due to the injuries at Liverpool.

But credit to the players on the pitch – they never showed that they didn’t belong on the pitch. All of them stepped up, and put in a great shift. Which means Liverpool now has a final at Wembley to look forward to in just over a months time.

So there’s plenty to celebrate and smile about for Jurgen Klopp. Although he admitted, somewhat facetiously perhaps that he still has a problem.

Jurgen Klopp on his current problem

When asked about Liverpool still competing on all four fronts at the moment after last night’s victory, Klopp revealed that it has become a bit of a ‘problem’ for him.

“It’s completely fine our fans feel it like that, really happy and pleased for them, but we play in four days against Norwich – that’s my problem.” Klopp said as per This is Anfield in his post-match press conference.

“But then three days after that we play Chelsea and then Arsenal, imagine being us and having to play all the games we have to play!”

This is a point the Liverpool boss has raised time and time again now. While it’s fantastic for fans to see so many games, it does take a toll on the players. And it could be one of the biggest factors why Liverpool have so many injuries at the moment.
