It was all smiles for Liverpool against Bournemouth last night. The Reds delivered a triumphant performance and kept their ascendancy at the top of the Premier League table. Jurgen Klopp couldn’t have asked for much more from his players.
Especially Diogo Jota, who played a real leadership role in attack. The Portuguese forward was involved in three of the four Liverpool goals and once again proved why he is one of the most clinical players in world football.
Jota was simply sensational. But he wasn’t alone. There were many other brilliant individual performances. Including Conor Bradley as well, who was remarkably making his Premier League debut.

Diogo Jota joke to Conor Bradley
Speaking to Sky Sports after the game, Diogo Jota was full of praise for Conor Bradley, and even shared a joke he had with the Liverpool youngster while on the pitch.
“I told him it was not a great cross, that’s why!” Jota said in reference to the headed chance Bradley missed from his cross in the second-half.
“Great performance he did in the semi-final of the Carabao, he deserved his start and put in another great performance. Almost a goal. And a good performance from the team.”
Bradley of course made-up for the miss with an assist to Jota for Liverpool’s third goal of the match to cap off a brilliant night. The youngster definitely has a bright future ahead, and judging by his performance he will get plenty more opportunities to score in a Liverpool shirt in the future.
