Liverpool midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai has been a big hit in the Premier League since his summer move from RB Leipzig.
The 22-year-old has already announced himself with a couple of belting goals for Liverpool and looks like being one of the signings of the summer.
One man who certainly agrees with that notion is TalkSPORT pundit Darren Bent. Asked to comment on who looks like being the best business for teams in England, Bent put Szoboszlai’s name into the reckoning.

“I like Szoboszlai,” admitted the former England striker. “I think he’s got that kind of panache about him, little bit of an X factor, I like watching him play, he gets on the ball makes things happen.”
Never one to miss the chance to stick the boot into Liverpool, Bent’s co-host Andy Goldstein questioned whether Szoboszlai actually had worse stats than Arsenal flop Kai Havertz.
“I can tell you now, Szoboszlai’s been better than Havertz,” replied the Arsenal-supporting Bent. “A lot better.”
Their key stats may not be all that different so far, but there can’t surely be any doubts about this one.
Szoboszlai puts Havertz in the shade
Although they are of course different types of players, there is some comparison to be made between Szoboszlai and Havertz.
Both have been brought in to play a slightly advanced midfield role for their teams, albeit with slightly differing remits.
While Havertz is more of a link between midfield and attack, Szoboszlai is a more destructive, box-to-box type midfielder. Nevertheless, they were both signed with the idea of kicking their respective team’s midfield’s up a notch.

Their price-tags this summer were also very similar. Szoboszlai’s release clause at Leipzig meant Liverpool snatched him for £60m, while Havertz set the Gunners back around £65m.
On the face of things, both haven’t quite hit the numbers their new fans might have been hoping for in the season’s early weeks.
Szoboszlai has smashed in two beauty’s, but is yet to register an assist in 10 games. Meanwhile, Havertz’s only goal in 11 for Arsenal was from the penalty spot, with one assist also to his name.
From that point of view neither have set the world alight. But as Bent points out, Szoboszlai has really looked the part in just about every other area. On the other hand, that £65m on Havertz looks like it could have been far better spent elsewhere.
