Alexis Mac Allister will sign his contract as a brand new Liverpool player before the end of the day.

By now, the Argentine’s imminent arrival at Anfield is no secret. Excitement has been building for a little while amongst Liverpool fans as they wait patiently for their first signing of the summer.

And now, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano, the wait is almost over.

“Alexis Mac Allister has completed the medical tests as new Liverpool player — set to sign the contract today,” Romano wrote on Twitter in the early hours of this morning.

“Long term deal will be valid until June 2028.”
