The Merseyside outfit were absolutely sensational at Anfield today, picking apart Erik ten Hag’s side with ease.
Taking to social media straight after the game, the 24-year-old shared a grinning selfie, as well the scoreboard reading 7-0.
Fans were loving this in the comments, as were many Liverpool players.
Interestingly, a notable like on the Instagram post came from none-other than Jurgen Klopp’s number one target: Jude Bellingham.
The 19-year-old sensation was among a stream of Reds liking Trent’s post. In wishful thinking, he may be alluding to a summer transfer to Anfield – and what a dream that would turn out to be.

Whilst this probably means absolutely nothing in the grand scheme of things, it’s easy to get carried away as a Liverpool fan.
Bellingham may just be showing love to his England teammate, having formed quite a close bond at the World Cup.
However, from a fan’s perspective, he may be hinting at a possible move in the summer. Perhaps not, but it’s good to dream.
Klopp has identified the teenager as his first-choice target for his squad rebuild.
It is believed it will take £130m to land the youngster at Anfield, but that hasn’t seemed to have put the Merseyside outfit off.
