Liverpool already plan a new signing to play with Jude Bellingham, according to reports. The Reds are feeling confident.

This comes from Relovo. Journalist Matteo Moretto claims that Liverpool have a signing in mind to play with Jude Bellingham.

The Reds are in pole position to sign the Englishman from Borussia Dortmund. That’s despite intense competition for his signature, including Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain.

Bellingham, though, wants to play for Liverpool and the Reds are willing to pay around £130m to get him. They’re starting to feel confident, too, and are already thinking about who could play with the 19-year-old in their midfield.

The report states that Liverpool want ‘another, more physical midfielder’ alongside Bellingham next year.

Liverpool want new signing to play with Jude Bellingham

This is a big deal, given recent reports. The Daily Mail claimed that Liverpool wouldn’t make any commitments towards other midfielders because of the risk to the Bellingham deal. Arthur was one of those – the Reds wanted a loan deal that wouldn’t jeopardise their pursuit.

But if Liverpool are now willing to consider other midfielders, it suggests that Bellingham deal isn’t under much risk. Especially as we’re already seeing potential options.

Foot Mercato claims Liverpool really want Sofyan Amrabat – a player who fits that profile. They claim talks have taken place and the Reds could move in January. Journalist Florian Plettenberg also believes the Reds want the player.

We think Amrabat would be a fantastic addition, especially for this season. But he’d also be a sign that Liverpool have increasing confidence over Bellingham – and that they can now afford to sign players with him in mind.

And that gives ever Red a reason to smile. Bellingham would be a dream signing and probably the greatest Liverpool could possibly make. Bellingham and Amrabat? Now the Reds are onto something unbelievable.
