‘Really impressive’ midfielder Moisés Caicedo appears to like the new Liverpool kit. Clearly, he wants to wear it next season.
Liverpool unveiled their new kit for the 22/23 season on Thursday. It arrived to a lot of praise, too, and the online store struggled to keep up with all the demand.
Players were eager to show it off, too, as they’ll hope to deliver plenty of silverware in it next year. And those photos clearly caught the eye of one youngster currently shining in the Premier League.
Moisés Caicedo of Brighton gave it a like on Instagram – a rare thing from a rival player. We probably won’t read this as him being eager to join the Reds, though.
Caicedo, who is having his breakout season in the Premier League, earned plenty of praise from Graham Potter this season. The 20-year-old has started five games in the league, in fact, including some big ones.
“He’s been really impressive, but it’s been a strange one because he’s played a lot of big games and he’s had some really positive experiences with his national team,” said Potter, per FourFourTwo. “So it’s not like he’s coming from nowhere.
“We knew his quality.”

Well, it’s certainly a positive sign when players at other clubs like the look of your kit. And it is a nice one – probably the best under Nike so far. Maybe we just like plain red kits, though.
The demand online suggests fans see things the same way, too. So well done, Nike – you’ve made a good one here.
