Mo Salah has firmly established himself as a fan favourite at Anfield. The Egyptian king has broken as many records as he can during his Liverpool. Since arriving from Roma in 2017 for £34m, he has broken the record for the most goals in a Premier League season as well as becoming the fastest Liverpool player to reach 50 league goals. Mo Salah has been praised for his humble, down to earth demeanour in the face of his world beating success.

The electric winger faces Man United this weekend in a game he is sure to start and relish in. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could have his first choice left back, Luke Shaw back in the side for Sunday. Shaw hasn’t played for the Red Devils since August, he was voted Man United’s player of the season last campaign. The English defender has never been regarded as the quickest of players and, coming back from injury, Salah will be licking his lips at the prospect of turning the international inside out with his electric pace and quick feet.

Mo hasn’t been solely concentrating on the game this week though. Wednesday was his daughter Makka’s birthday. The winger shared a photo of him and his daughter in fancy dress for the occasion and Twitter have swooned over the post.

When he isn’t running down the wing, he is cosplaying Disney’s Moana for his daughter apparently.

These Reds’ hearts were set to burst.

One supporter believes he is a great father.

This Red praised him for his focus on his family.

Birthday wishes abound.

But of course, any excuse to call him the GOAT.
