Sadio was gushing over Liverpool’s Dutchman during his pre-match press conference ahead of the RB Salzburg tie.

The press conference was broadcast live on Liverpool’s official club site, during the gathering Mane was asked about what it is like playing with Big Virg, he told the media, “really happy to have Virgil, really happy for him, he’s doing really well for us”. Doing well is a bit of an understatement given that the Dutchman is odds on favourite for the Ballon d’Or this season.
Mane highlighted Van Dijk’s offensive contribution alongside the defender’s work at the back, saying “
