Salah looked upset while sat on the bench on Wednesday, and there are now fewer than a handful of games left before he jets off to the 2026 AFCON.
The winger is also once again being linked with a move to Saudi Arabia, with his recent snubs no doubt fuelling that speculation.
The Egyptian will be available next week for meetings with Inter Milan in the Champions League and Brighton in the Premier League
But he is then set to leave Liverpool and link up with his country on December 15.
