Pressure is piling on Arne Slot after Liverpool’s draw with Leeds, but he will have some issues ahead of their next match should he still be in charge.

The Reds bottled a two-goal lead against Leeds to come away from Elland Road with a 3-3 draw, a result that could just cost him his job.

If not, Liverpool’s game against Brighton will be another one where the spotlight will be on him, but things will be even harder for him due to him missing a key player.

Conor Bradley is suspended for Liverpool vs Brighton

One of Slot’s biggest issues so far this season has been working out who to start at right-back, with there being many options if everyone is fit.

But for this one, he went for Conor Bradley upon his return from injury, with the Northern Irishman being ‘unbelievable‘ at points this season.

He also had a decent game against Leeds, picking up an assist in the process, but he also got his fifth yellow card of the season, meaning he is suspended for their game against Brighton.

This is a huge blow for Liverpool as Jeremie Frimpong will likely not be fit in time to play, so Joe Gomez or Dominik Szoboszlai will have to play there instead.

Slot also decided to take Bradley off in the 68th minute as well, with Liverpool looking a lot worse when he was not on the pitch, conceding three goals in the process.

Although this is not directly linked, his absence was still felt, showing just how much of a miss he will be against Brighton on Saturday.

Conor Bradley’s performance against Leeds in numbers

When Gomez was at right-back in previous games, Liverpool looked a little unbalanced, with there certainly being fewer attacks down this side.

However, against Leeds, Bradley got forward where he could and picked up an assist, with him in this position being a big bonus.

As per sofascore, he won two tackles, made six recoveries and won six duels, while also being precise on the ball.

He will certainly be a big miss against Brighton and Slot will need to work out who to play there instead, that is if he is still in charge.
