Liverpool return to Premier League action against Leeds United on Saturday afternoon.
The Reds played out a 1-1 draw with Sunderland in their last outing and, despite questionable comments from Arne Slot, were lucky to come away with anything.
Liverpool now face a revitalised Leeds United, who most recently took the scalp of title-chasing Chelsea this week.

Ahead of the tie, Slot held his pre-match press conference on Friday morning.
Arne Slot asked about Federico Chiesa starting Leeds United vs Liverpool
The Dutchman discussed a number of topics in his press conference, including Federico Chiesa.
Chiesa was praised versus Sunderland after he tracked back to prevent Wilson Isidor from making it 2-1 late on.
But the Italian has hardly featured in the Premier League this season, and Slot has now been asked how close the winger is to starting a few more games.
He said: “As I just said, every player has the possibility to start. But we have many options to start in his position as I said so many times. But he’s indeed having his impact coming off the bench a few times.
“So normally you bring a striker in to score a goal, but he, in this situation [vs Sunderland], kept on running in a moment when a player could think ‘I don’t think I can do a lot anymore because he’s going to go one v one’.
“So it tells you also the mentality he has not to concede, and that’s a good thing because that’s not only what defenders should have, but also what attackers should have.”
The Reds last five Premier League results have Arne Slot under pressure. Should a loss at Leeds see him sacked?
Fans were unhappy with Slot on the back of the Sunderland draw because of his use of Chiesa this season.
The 28-year-old has made 10 Premier League appearances this term, but none have lasted longer than 29 minutes.
Yet, despite a lack of game time across all competitions, he still has two goals and three assists for Liverpool in 2025/26.
