Liverpool conceded yet another early goal to fall behind at Brentford.
The Reds have lost three Premier League games in a row, with fans hoping that they can stop this run when facing Brentford.
A win midweek against Eintracht Frankfurt would have given them more hope, but this quickly faded after conceding just five minutes into the match.
One of the biggest talking points before the game was the fact the home side had three ex-Liverpool players in their starting XI, one of them being goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher.
The Irishman would have got a good run of games for Liverpool should he have stayed due to Alisson Becker’s injury, and Reds fans seem to be wishing he did given their opinions on Giorgi Mamardashvili.

Liverpool fans wish Caoimhin Kelleher stayed
Kelleher was one of the best back-ups any club could ask for, with the goalkeeper right to move on in the summer given his quality.
Liverpool replaced him with Mamardashvili instead, who also came with a very good reputation, but he has found life a little hard so far.
Although not totally his fault, he has conceded in all four of the games he has started in so far, with the Georgian not looking entirely reassuring with the ball at his feet either against Brentford, leaving fans wishing they had Kelleher.
One supporter asked: “Is this keeper even better than Kelleher?” while another, rather harshly, put: “We sold Kelleher for a clown?”
A third clearly wishes the Irishman was still at Liverpool, cheekily asking: “Can Kelleher play for us in the 2nd half?”

A fourth added: “Walk down the other side of the pitch please and whack on the old shirt,” with another writing: “I’m more comfortable with Kelleher than this guy.”
A sixth said: “Kelleher is just better, isn’t he?” with another adding: “God I wish we kept Kelleher.”
A final fan just does not feel safe with Mamardashvili between the sticks, saying: “I’m more comfortable with Kelleher than this guy.”
Giorgi Mamardashvili is not solely to blame
Almost every goal Mamardashvili has conceded has not been his fault, with most going past him before he even knows it.
Granted, he is not as good with the ball at his feet as Alisson, but not many are, with this something that can be coached into his game.
As well as this, he has still pulled off some impressive saves, with the one against Mikkel Damsgaard in the first-half one of his best.
He certainly would not have had the start to life at Liverpool that he would have wanted and probably wished he could impress more in Alisson’s absence, but overall, he has not been helped out by those in front of him.
