Exclusive with Graeme Bailey.
Liverpool are delighted with the progress Owen Beck is making while out on-loan at Blackburn Rovers, Rousing The Kop can exclusively reveal.
Beck has become a key player for Blackburn boss John Eustace since arriving from Anfield over the summer.
Having broken into the starting XI, the 22-year-old has made 21 appearances, establishing himself as Rovers’ starting left-back.
And having watched him closely all season, Liverpool are understood to have been enthused by what they’ve seen from Beck.
RTK understands that Liverpool are evaluating their options at left-back and are keeping an open mind about Beck returning to the first-team Liverpool squad.

Liverpool thrilled with Owen Beck development
Beck had a terrific season on-loan with Dundee in 2023/24, for whom he was named as the men’s player of the year.
The Liverpool academy graduate also made his Premier League debut having been briefly recalled by Jurgen Klopp last January.
With Andy Robertson and Kostas Tsimikas staying put over the summer, Liverpool chose to send Beck out again, with a loan to Blackburn and following in the footsteps of Harvey Elliott and Tyler Morton seen as a good fit.
Given the struggles of Robertson this season, RTK understands that Liverpool are on the lookout for a new starting left-back.

It’s understood that Tsimikas’ long-term future may also be in jeopardy, with Liverpool potentially in line to bring in two new left-backs over the coming 18 months.
After Beck’s encouraging performances this season, RTK have been informed that Liverpool are closely watching his development with an eye on the future.
El Hadji Malick Diouf on Liverpool’s radar
Beck was deemed to be ‘brilliant’ by Eustace after his first goal in senior English football in December.
However, the youngster is not the only left-back Liverpool are considering for a first-team place next season.
RTK can confirm that the Reds are one of the sides keeping a close watch over Slavia Prague defender El Hadji Malick Diouf.
There has been no decision made over whether Diouf is a concrete target, but it’s understood that Liverpool are aware of the 20-year-old and are keeping tabs on his progress.
