Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah ‘a constant threat’ whoever he faces

Speaking to Sky Sports, the Premier League midfielder noted how Salah is ‘a constant threat’ regardless of who he is facing off against or how fresh the Liverpool winger is feeling in that particular game situation.

Liverpool have been saved multiple times already this season by Salah’s world-class individual quality, and the likes of Cairney believe the 32-year-old attacker is simply too good to be taken care of by one player.

Cairney said when asked what it’s like to face Salah for Fulham: “It’s like the constant threat. You know what he wants to do, but you can’t stop it. As soon as he cuts on the left foot, you expect what’s to come.

“There are not many people that shoot where you expect the keeper to have to make a save. When Harry Kane shoots, you expect it to be on target. And he is another one. He is a constant threat throughout the game.”
