Liverpool are no strangers to loaning out some of their highest-rated youngsters to the Championship, and one such talent could now be about to make the move.
The Reds have enjoyed immense success in shipping out the best the academy has to offer to England’s second-tier, with Fabio Carvalho set for a £27m move to Brentford from Liverpool after thriving with Hull City last season.
With Tyler Morton another Liverpool talent who could leave having succeeded in the Championship on loan, the Reds are using the system to their full advantage, with the results both on the pitch and in the market really showing.
And one Liverpool youngster could now be heading to the English second-tier this summer.

Kaide Gordon in talks to join Swansea City on loan
According to the Daily Mail [11/08, pg 86], Liverpool teenager Kaide Gordon is in talks to join Swansea City on loan for the season, with the winger finally back to full fitness after nearly two years struggling with injury.
Hailed as a ‘phenomenal’ talent by Liverpool coach Barry Lewtas, Gordon is still regarded as one of the Reds’ most exciting prospects despite hardly kicking a ball in the last two seasons due to a number of fitness problems.
With just seven senior appearances for Liverpool under his belt, a spell to the Championship could do Gordon a world of good, with Swansea a club who have also got the best out of a number of Premier League talents having joined on loan.
Indeed, Gordon has the potential to become an outstanding attacker if he can get his development back on track after missing out on so much time, and a move to Wales could be exactly what the teenager needs to hit his potential.

Gordon could become Liverpool’s next loan success story
It’s been quite some years since Liverpool’s last real definitive loan success story in the Championship, yet Gordon could be the player to break this trend with a year out at Swansea.
The teenager winger needs regular game time and the Welsh giants have shown they are a perfect club for Premier League teams sending their youngsters to, with Marc Guehi and Conor Gallagher just two players who have thrived at Swansea on loan.
And with Gordon in talks to join the Swans, a deal could be struck later this week, with the Championship season starting this weekend.
