Liverpool supporters are wating to find out how their team will set up under Arne Slot.
Having become so used to Jurgen Klopp, his tactical ideas and preferences within the squad, Slot is about to shake things up.
Although the new head coach has inherited a very good Liverpool squad, he will no doubt have ideas of his own about how best to use each individual player.
Some who had become mainstays under Klopp may now find their place in the team threatened. Others, who’s Anfield careers had run into some difficulties might have a reprieve.
One of those who has the biggest question marks hanging over his head is striker Darwin Nunez.

Arne Slot reveals Darwin Nunez conversation
Nunez is currently flying at the Copa America having had a difficult end to the season with Liverpool.
Despite scoring just once in his final 13 appearances of the season – and not for the last 10 – Nunez has two goals in three matches for Uruguay at the tournament.
That form has given Liverpool fans a reminder of the potential that the 25-year-old still has to unlock.
Thankfully, Nunez looks set to be given another chance to reach his ceiling for the Reds. Reports have already claimed that Slot is a big fan of Nunez.

And in quotes from The Telegraph, the Dutch coach has admitted that he does ‘like’ Liverpool’s No.9 and has already told him as much.
“I assume he will fit really well into this [playing style] because I like him,” says Slot. “I’ve told him already. He is one of the players I have spoken to.
“He might have had some struggles with finishing opportunities, but he came a lot of times into those positions,” adds the boss. “It’s clear for him which position he is going to play. It’s clear for me as well and me telling him made it clear for him.
“I just told him that, from what I saw, he played multiple positions and I told him what positions – or position – I see him playing.”
What position could Darwin Nunez play?
It’s great to hear that Slot has already been in touch with Nunez. The former Benfica man needed an arm around the shoulder and reassurance after the mess that happened at the end of last season.
Not only did the No.9 fail to find the net in a long while for the Reds, but Nunez also deleted all mention of Liverpool from his social media pages.
In this day and age, that can be seen as a significant, negative move. As a result, Slot has done the right thing by calling Darwin and telling him in no uncertain terms that he features heavily in his plans.
As for what position Nunez will play under Slot, only the head coach and his backroom staff will know.
Slot was keen to point out his tactical system while speaking to the press on Friday. It sounds like he’s really aiming to play fluid football at Anfield.
Nunez is perhaps most comfortable from the left, but with Cody Gakpo and Luis Diaz vying for that spot, we think Darwin will be straight through the middle. Let’s wait and see.
