Liverpool will not kick a ball during the next seven days as the international week begins. The club’s stars have instead now jetted off to join their respective national teams.
A total of 20 Liverpool first team players are expected to be involved in the action, with most of them playing friendly games. However, there will be a few of the club’s stars who will be playing important fixtures. From World Cup qualifiers to Euro 2024 Play Offs, and more.
Rousing the Kop has taken a dive into all of the international fixtures, which will involve Liverpool stars over the next week or so.

Dominik Szoboszlai schedule
Hungary captain Dominik Szoboszlai will join the squad in high spirits this week. Hungary have already qualified to the European Championships this summer, where they will face Germany, Scotland and Switzerland in the group-stages.
Ahead of the tournament, they will play several friendly matches, including two games this week.
Szoboszlai will be hoping to continue his good form since returning from injury for Liverpool.

Joe Gomez England fixtures
Joe Gomez has returned to the England squad for the first time since playing a friendly against Wales almost four years ago. There have been plenty of calls from Jurgen Klopp for Gareth Southgate to call him up, and those calls were finally heeded.
With Trent Alexander-Arnold and Curtis Jones both injured, Gomez is the only Liverpool player in the England squad. They will play two friendly matches in the next few days.

Caoimhin Kelleher Republic of Ireland fixtures
Caoimhin Kelleher has been included in the Republic of Ireland squad ahead of their friendly fixtures this month.
He will be managed by interim manager John O’Shea, after the previous manager Stephen Kenny left his post at the end of last year.
Kelleher will be hoping to become first choice under O’Shea, with Gavin Bazunu having been ahead of him in the pecking order recently.

Conor Bradley Northern Ireland fixtures
Conor Bradley is a regular player for Northern Ireland’s senior national team, having made his debut for his country back in 2021.
He has returned to the squad after missing most Northern Ireland’s Euro 2024 qualifiers towards the end of last year due to injury.
Now he will play in two friendly matches. Including one where he could face a Liverpool teammate.

Andy Robertson Scotland fixture
Robertson is back in the Scotland squad after missing the last international break due to injury. He returns as captain of his country, and will feature in two friendly matches.
Scotland has qualified to the European Championships later this year where they will face Germany, Switzerland and Hungary.
That will see Robertson clash with fellow teammate and international captain Dominik Szoboszlai. But he will meet familiar faces during these friendly matches as well this month.

Virgil van Dijk and Cody Gakpo Netherlands fixtures
Netherlands and Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk is in his country’s squad for this month’s fixtures. Meanwhile, Cody Gakpo has also been selected to play for the Netherlands.
Both are considered key players for the country and both have played a key role in helping the Netherlands qualify for Euro 2024.
They will play two friendly fixtures in the next seven days to prepare for the tournament.

Ibrahima Konate France fixtures
Despite picking up an injury for Liverpool in the last few weeks, Ibrahima Konate has been called-up to the French national team.
Konate has already participated in team training with his national team and is expected to feature in two friendly matches in the next few days.

Luis Diaz Colombia fixtures
Despite picking up a knock, Luis Diaz has been selected to join up with Colombia for this international break.
He did not participate in team training earlier this week, but his injury is minor and he is expected to be involved in Colombia’s friendly fixtures, which will take place in Europe. Including at the London Stadium this week.

Kostas Tsimikas Greece fixtures
Out of all the Liverpool players, Kostas Tsimikas probably has the most important games to play in this international break.
His Greece side will play in a Euro 2024 play pff against Kazakhstan. If they can get through that, they will come up against either Luxembourg or Georgia and have a chance to qualify for a major tournament for the first time since the 2014 World Cup.

- Tuesday 26th March vs Georgia or Luxembourg (Euro 2024 play off) – if Greece wins first match

Wataru Endo Japan fixtures
Japanese captain Wataru Endo will be looking to bounce back from the disappointment of his country’s early elimination in the Asian Cup.
Endo is expected to play two World Cup qualifiers for his country in the next few days. And they are expected to win both matches as they face North Korea away and home.

Alexis Mac Allister Argentina fixtures
World Cup winner Alexis Mac Allister will be involved in two friendly matches for Argentina in the next seven days.
The Liverpool midfielder is the only player who will be travelling to South America for these fixtures and he may be the last player to join up with the squad next week with his second game being played during the early hours of Wednesday morning UK time.

Harvey Elliott and Jarell Quansah England U21 fixtures
Both Harvey Elliott and Jarell Quansah have been called-up to the England U21 squad alongside Liverpool loanee Tyler Morton, who is catching the eye at Hull City.
They will be playing U21 Euro qualifying matches and will be looking to continue their good form. Elliott in particular has thrived at U21 recently scoring five goals and registering two assists in his last four matches.

Kaide Gordon and Bobby Clark England U20 fixtures
Liverpool youngsters Kaide Gordon and Bobby Clark have both been called-up to the England U20 squad.
This is the first time they have been called up to this level, and they will participate in two matches in the U20 Elite League.
Joining them in the squad will be Liverpool loanee, Luke Chambers, who is doing very well at Wigan this season.

Jayden Danns, Trey Nyoni and Amara Nallo England U18 fixtures
Liverpool youngsters Jayden Danns, Trey Nyoni and Amara Nallo have all been called-up for England’s U18 team.
They will travel to Spain to compete at the Pinatar Cup, where they will face three teams.

Lewis Koumas Wales U21 fixtures
Liverpool youngster Lewis Koumas has received his first call-up to Wales U21 squad. He is also joined by Liverpool U21 defender Terence Miles.
Miles represented England at U18 level but has made the switch to play for Wales. Liverpool loanee Owen Beck was also in the squad, but he has had to pull out due to injury.
