Coming in to replace one of the most accomplished right-backs to ever play for Liverpool is never an easy task. But in a semi-final it’s even more difficult.
Liverpool’s Conor Bradley was up against it against Fulham tonight. However, the 20-year-old did not let anyone down, putting in a superb performance – and a night to be proud of.
Bradley not only made the most tackles on the pitch for Liverpool, but he also won the most duels and looked lively throughout the game.
Afterwards, even Jurgen Klopp was left really impressed by him.

Speaking to Sky Sports after the game, Klopp revealed he was really impressed by the youngsters performance.
“Conor played an incredible game. Tough one there against Willian, and that’s not easy, and he did really well. So I liked a lot of things about it.”
The Liverpool boss is not wrong. Barring that slightly challenging moment for Fulham’s goal, Bradley put in a really impressive performance and often caught the eye with the ease with which he settled into the game.
Having impressed in pre-season before picking up an injury, now the youngster has definitely taken his chance in Alexander-Arnold’s absence. And it’s clear he has a bright future ahead of him.
