Liverpool are reportedly no longer the favourites to sign Khephren Thuram in January, with the Reds strongly linked with a move for the midfielder.
The 22-year-old OGC Nice star has been rumoured with a move for Thuram for quite some time, with Liverpool’s reigniting their interest in the Ligue 1 talisman in recent weeks.
However, according to Tutto Juve, the Anfield side are now not the leading club for Thuram’s signature, with Juventus the favourites to sign the French international.

Lauded as ‘phenomenal’ by Ligue 1 expert Jonathan Johnson, Thuram has once again been a standout star for Nice, who are challenging PSG for top spot in the French top flight this season.
With Liverpool clearly in need of a physical midfielder, the 6’4″ Thuram could be an absolute dream for Jurgen Klopp heading into 2024.
Yet with Juventus now leading the charged for the youngster, there’s a good chance that Liverpool could miss out on Thuram to the Italian giants.
Liverpool need to fight Juventus for Khephren Thuram in January

Thuram looks set for a big-money move in January, with the race to sign the talented midfielder beginning to heat up in a major way as we creep towards the winter window.
And for Liverpool, beating Juventus to Thuram’s signature will be quite the coup given how special the Nice star is and what the youngster could offer to Klopp’s squad in the second half of the season.
Athletic, physical and versatile, Thuram ticks a lot of boxes for what Liverpool are looking for in a midfield signing in the January market.
Yet with Juventus also interested, the Reds have a good chance of missing out on Thuram if they’re not careful enough, with the Italian side an appealing club for any young player.
