Andre Trindade is a player Liverpool fans have become very accustomed to in the last few weeks, yet Tottenham could now spoil the party.

As reported by 90min, the north London side are interested in signing the 22-year-old midfielder, who looks primed to make the move to the Premier League after a stellar season with Fluminense.

Lauded by Fabrizio Romano as a ‘very talented’ player, Andre is easily one of the most sought-after players in world football having won the Copa Libertadores this year.

And Liverpool could now miss out on Andre with Tottenham in contention for the midfielder’s signature, something many fans would thought impossible just a few weeks ago.

Indeed, the 22-year-old is a player who Liverpool clearly like the look of, and adding Andre to their ranks could help the Reds really challenge for the Premier League title.

And with Tottenham interested, the Anfield side simply now have to do all they can to sign the Brazilian before Spurs gain any sort of footing in the race for Andre.
