Dominik Szoboszlai has reportedly already struck up a close friendship with Liverpool teammate Trent Alexander-Arnold.

According to the Athletic, the duo have formed a strong relationship on and off the pitch, with the pair working well off each other for Liverpool in the Premier League.

Szoboszlai has established himself already as one of Liverpool’s most important players having signed from RB Leipzig this summer in a £60m deal.

Alexander-Arnold is also enjoying a good season having been named Liverpool’s vice-captain during pre-season by Jurgen Klopp, replacing the promoted Virgil van Dijk.

Lauded by Lucas Leiva as a ‘world-class’ player, the England international is back to his best in the right-back position, and having Szoboszlai to work off is clearly having benefits.

The pair have been two of Liverpool’s best players this season, and the duo could be key in the Reds returning to the UEFA Champions League as well as pushing for the Premier League title.

The midfielder has transformed how Liverpool operate seemingly overnight, and with Alexander-Arnold playing down the right, the Reds have two incredible creative talents to call upon in the squad.

With the duo also quite young, Szoboszlai and Alexander-Arnold have what it takes to lead Liverpool into an exciting new era under Klopp, where success could be unlimited.
