RB Leipzig forward Benjamin Sesko has admitted that he’d love to play in England one day.
Sesko is a new signing at Leipzig, having walked the well-trodden path between Salzburg and their sister club in Germany this summer.
But if quotes from an interview with The Telegraph are anything to go by, the Red Bull Arena may not be his last stop. Having been linked with Liverpool prior to leaving Salzburg, it seems Sesko is keen on a move to England.

“It’s hard to say what will happen, you know?” said the Solvenian, when asked if he’ll end up in the Premier League one day. “I could be great or not that great!”
“Of course, it would be nice to play there but first of all let’s focus on right now.”
Sesko admits Premier League dream
Given Leipzig’s propensity for selling players on to bigger sides, it would be wise to keep an eye on Sesko.
And given they reportedly shelled out around £20m on the youngster [Florian Plettenberg], you can bet they’ll be looking for a healthy return on that, too.
From a Liverpool point of view, they aren’t in immediate need of a player like Sesko.

There could be a time in the near future when they are looking for a new face to join their forward line. Even if Mohamed Salah stays beyond this summer, the Egyptian isn’t getting any younger. But if the Reds are dipping into the market, it will be for someone with a similar profile to Salah.
Sesko is, on paper, the complete opposite to Liverpool’s No.11. Standing at 6ft 4in, the Slovenia international looks very much an out-and-out striker in the reborn big man role.
In Darwin Nunez, Liverpool already have someone who fits a similar profile. They also have the tall and slender Cody Gakpo who is somewhat alike, too.
Nevertheless, given the Reds’ superb relationship with Leipzig, this is one we’d be minded to keep an eye on over the next year or two.
