Stefan Bajcetic was seemingly not in training ahead of Liverpool’s big game against Tottenham Hotspur tomorrow.
The Reds head to London to take on Spurs, with both teams currently unbeaten in the Premier League.
However, according to the Liverpool ECHO, Jurgen Klopp may have one or two players unavailable for selection.

They claim that Bajcetic could potentially be one of those. The 18-year-old played just 11 minutes of Wednesday’s clash against Leicester City, and as a result may have been expected to train.
However, that reportedly wasn’t the case.
Harvey Elliott is another who is name-checked as being away from the AXA Training Centre. But with the 20-year-old having played a full 90 on Wednesday, that’s more understandable.
Thiago Alcantara is the other player named by the ECHO as being absent as he continues to recover from injury.
Bajcetic sits out of Liverpool training
Klopp has so far been very cautious in his handling of Bajcetic this season. After five months or so on the side-lines earlier this year, that’s very understandable.
As seen with the likes of Calvin Ramsay recently, you can never be too careful when it comes to managing young players and their injuries.
Ramsay has seemingly had further setbacks having been on the verge of a return. Although it sounds like the young right-back will be back in action soon for Preston North End, his case will serve as a warning regarding Bajcetic.

Besides, it isn’t as though Liverpool are absolutely desperate for the Spaniard’s return at the moment.
It’s true that he could well be the squad’s most natural defensive midfielder, but Alexis Mac Allister and Wataru Endo have been doing a fine job. There’s no need to rush Bajcetic back at all.
Instead, the Reds should give him the time he needs and ensure that he’s fully past any issues before playing him more.
This may be disappointing to fans who were expecting to see the teenager play a bigger role this season. But as Klopp said back in May, the Spain U21 star is an ‘exceptional’ talent. His time will surely come.
