Al Nassr are set to offer Bayern Munich €37 million (£31.7m) to sign Sadio Mane.
That’s according to Fabrizio Romano, who has reported that the two clubs are in advanced talks and the Saudi side are now ‘really confident’ that they can land the forward.
Mane only joined Bayern in a £35m deal from Liverpool last summer, however things haven’t gone quite as planned for the 31-year-old.
Mane missed three months of the campaign through injury and was also sidelined for the World Cup, before he was suspended and fined in April following reports that he had punched teammate Leroy Sane after Bayern’s 3-0 defeat to Manchester City.

The Senegal international netted 12 goals in all competitions for the Bundesliga champions, but only made 18 starts and now looks set to leave the Allianz Arena.
MORE LIVERPOOL STORIES
The likes of Newcastle United and Manchester United had been linked with a move for Mane following reports that Bayern were open to selling him, however Liverpool had no intention of re-signing their former attacker.
Mane now looks set to join Al Nassr this summer and could link up with Cristiano Ronaldo, David Ospina and Alex Telles at Al-Awwal Park.
Did Sadio Mane have more to prove before joining Al Nassr?
Sadio Mane had already proven himself as one of the best forwards the Premier League has ever seen as he netted 90 goals over six seasons in the top flight with Liverpool, with Jurgen Klopp previously hailing him as ‘absolutely insane’.
The 31-year-old left Anfield as he wanted a new challenge, but he was still set to compete at the highest level and was hopeful of adding to his one Champions League title.

Mane was able to claim both the Bundesliga and the DFL-Supercup, though perhaps didn’t have the most fun doing it.
While Mane certainly didn’t have anything to prove to Bayern, it may have been a hard pill to swallow leaving Europe after such a difficult season that brought an unbelievable nine-year stint to an end.
The attacker definitely has more to give but it comes as no surprise that he is set to join the Saudi Pro League this summer.
