OGC Nice midfielder Khephren Thuram has admitted he’s heard the rumours that suggest Liverpool are trying to sign him.
Speaking in an interview with The Telegraph, the 21-year-old has revealed that he’s aware of the rumours circulating around a potential move this summer, but he insists he’s fully focused on the Ligue 1 club.
In the article, they credit the Reds, Newcastle United, Paris Saint-Germain, Inter Milan, and Juventus with interest in securing his services.

“I hear, but I don’t concentrate on it,” said Khephren Thuram.
“I am with Nice. I am very happy where I am. I am trying to get bigger with the club. I am trying to grow up with the club.
“So, yeah, obviously I hear it, but it’s not the most important.
“The most important is to do good with the team and be happy where I am.”
According to journalist Jacque Talbot, speaking on the LFC Transfer Room Podcast, the Merseyside outfit are keen on landing the France international this summer, as they look to rebuild their midfield.
Thuram knows about Liverpool rumours
Liverpool are in desperate need of young talent in the middle of the park, and having already established himself at 21 years old, Thuram could be an outstanding addition to Jurgen Klopp’s squad.
With the ability to play as either a defensive or central midfielder, the Frenchman would bring versatility to the position. This is alike Reds youngster Stefan Bajcetic, who excels as either a number six or number eight.
At Nice this season, Thuram has made 39 appearances – demonstrating reliability and consistency for his side.

This would be most useful to Klopp, as he has had to deal with various injuries in the middle of the park this term.
With such high potential, the reported £30m price-tag would be a steal for Liverpool. Therefore, they should do all they can now to secure the transfer for when the summer window opens.
