Diaz and Rush praise Bajcetic
Coming up against Sean Dycheâs physical side, Jurgen Klopp was expected to go with more senior players last night â the likes of Jordan Henderson, Fabinho, James Milner and Naby Keita.
Despite this, he decided to stick with Bajcetic, as the teenager has yet to let him down since coming into the first-team this season.
Playing further forward in a position he was yet to experience, the 18-year-old was absolutely phenomenal as a number eight.
He looked calm and composed on the ball, and he wasnât scared to get stuck in with Evertonâs midfield.
Although he was the youngest player in Liverpoolâs XI, he never looked out of place. He certainly played in a mature manner.
Therefore, thereâs no reason why Bajcetic shouldnât keep his place in Kloppâs side, as he has been exceptional every time heâs come in.
The 18-year-old has an incredibly bright future at Anfield.
