Liverpool believe they have made a compelling offer to sign Borussia Dortmund star Jude Bellingham, according to 90min.
As per the report, BVB are currently putting together a contract extension for the 19-year-old. However, if this is rejected, they have conceded to selling him in the summer.
The Bundesliga outfit hope to make their offer over the coming weeks, with the view to Bellingham making a decision in March.

However, 90min also claim the Reds, Manchester City and Real Madrid have put forward compelling cases to the midfielder.
All three clubs believe they have a good chance at landing him at the end of the season, but the England international’s party are yet to give an indication of which team he’s veering towards.
It is said the player will consider every offer he receives.
Liverpool make compelling offer to Bellingham
Having put all their eggs in Bellingham’s basket, this isn’t a transfer the Reds can afford to miss out on.
According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, it will likely take at least £107m to land the 19-year-old.
Liverpool’s hierarchy have claimed time and time again that they haven’t signed other midfielders as they have been waiting on Bellingham’s availability.
Therefore, with the club now seriously struggling in the middle of the park, this is a necessity for Julian Ward to get over the line.

The Dortmund sensation would be in for an easier ride if he decided to join Madrid, but sources have recently claimed the Spanish giants think the player will opt for the Premier League.
With Manchester City’s latest financial allegations, this could massively play into Liverpool’s favour.
However, the Merseyside outfit shouldn’t stop there. They need far more if they are to compete for the league title again.
