Liverpool forwards Darwin Nunez and Luis Diaz are continuing to improve their English with regular lessons.
Both players arrived at Liverpool over the last year without speaking the language of their new country. Now, according to The Daily Mail, the two South Americans are aiming to put that right.
Diaz and Nunez are reportedly sitting down for English tuition at the Reds’ AXA Training Ground base.
With Diaz now at the club for virtually a full year, he’s perhaps expected to be a little further ahead in his studies. But it’s always better learning with a buddy. Vamos, lads!

Teething problems starting to settle
The sooner Diaz and Nunez get up to speed with the language, the better. It would be great if Diaz, for example, could communicate more effectively with his teammates upon his return to injury later this year.
The injury, as unfortunate as it is, should be giving him more time to get to grips with life in England.
As for Nunez, he doesn’t really look to struggling to get his points across to the rest of the Liverpool squad. He seems to have a much better understanding of what Jurgen Klopp is expecting from his role in the team, certainly.
Initially, you could really see the 23-year-old was finding it difficult amongst his new teammates. But as time has passed, he’s started to look more comfortable.

It has helped that Nunez has found a bit of form on the pitch. Perhaps the absence of other forwards, such as Diaz, has actually helped to simplify his role a little.
Whatever it is, the Uruguayan appears to be on a good wavelength with the likes of Mohamed Salah in particular.
Of course, this understanding won’t lead to Nunez finishing off the copious amount of chances he gets. That will only come from work on the training ground.
If he can understand his surroundings and his teammates better though, that should help to speed this process up. Patience will be key.
