Liverpool have offered to double the salary of Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat, according to Corriere Dello Sport.
The Italian outlet reports that the Reds have tabled an offer worth £67,000-a-week to the Morocco international – more than twice his current £30,000 weekly wage.
Jurgen Klopp is said to be incredibly keen to land the 26-year-old at Anfield, with the club looking to add a more physical midfielder to their squad, alongside Jude Bellingham.

Corriere Dello Sport claim the Champions League would be an appealing factor for the player, as it is something the Serie A side cannot offer him.
According to Foot Mercato, Spurs are also monitoring him ahead of the January window.
Liverpool offer to double Amrabat’s wages
When looking at Amrabat’s performances at the World Cup, it is evident he is more than worth this money.
Carrying out a crucial role as the team’s defensive midfielder, the 26-year-old has thus far played every single minute of Morocco’s campaign out in Qatar. This even includes the full 120 minutes against Spain in the round of 16 – in which he helped his side through to the quarter-finals, with a win on penalties.
In the match against heavy favourites Spain, Amrabat won 100% of the seven ground duels and tackles he attempted – also making a crucial clearance to keep Morocco in the game.

For this display, former England international Joe Cole labelled him ‘outstanding’, incredibly impressed by the defensive player in the middle of the park.
With Klopp looking to add another physical midfielder to rotate with Fabinho, Amrabat would be a brilliant addition to his squad.
